The system consists of four scrapers. The first stage is a ceramic rubber scraper, the second stage is an alloy rubber scraper, the third stage is a dual-head alloy scraper, and the final stage is a polyurethane scraper. Two belt pressers are installed in appropriate positions to prevent belt jumping and improve scraper performance, ensuring thorough removal of material from the return belt. A water spray system optional is installed between the first ceramic scraper and the second alloy rubber scraper to wash and soften the material adhered to the belt. The removed material is then scraped into a chute through a no-man's-land clearing device at the bottom of the belt conveyor, achieving synchronized material recovery, reducing raw material loss, eliminating manual cleaning, and ensuring safe and clean high-quality production.
