Both sides had in-depth exchanges on the investmentenvironment, clean energy development, and infrastructureconstruction in The Gambia, reaching a high level of consensus. H.E.Masanneh Nyuku Kinteh, Ambassador of The Gambia to China, highlypraised Potent's four major proposals—photovoltaics, wastemanagement, new energy, and real estate—and expressed anticipation for joint efforts to implement these projects.

The meeting commenced with a warm speech by H.E. MasannehNyuku Kinteh, Ambassador of The Gambia to China. The Ambassadorstated that the traditional friendship between China and The Gambiais profound, and The Gambia has always been a staunch supporter and ally of China. He highly appreciated the investment enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises and emphasized that the Gambian government is extremely open to investment.



"The Gambia is eager to co-develop with capable partners. Whilemany investors have expressed interest, we value teams that can provide practical solutions even more."

The Ambassador specifically pointed out that The Gambia currentlyfaces challenges such as energy shortages, backward transmission and distribution systems, and a housing shortage. Potent's proposed solutions precisely match the urgent needs of The Gambia's national development.


Four Proposals, Empowering Precision


During the meeting, the Potent team presented four core investment proposals tailored to the conditions of The Gambia, which received high recognition from the Ambassador:


Photovoltaic Power Generation Project: Addressing theimbalance between power supply and demand in The Gambia,Potent proposed introducing advanced photovoltaic technology. TheAmbassador expressed strong resonance with this, noting that TheGambia is striving to reduce reliance on diesel generation and urgently needs to establish new power systems and transmission networks. Clean energy is the inevitable path for the future.


Waste Management and Power Generation: As urbanization progresses, waste management has become a critical issue. Potent's proposal for environmentally friendly treatment and energy utilization is seen as a significant step towards improving the local environment and achieving sustainable development.




New Energy Vehicle Charging Infrastructure & IndustryDevelopment: Focusing on the sustainability of futuretransportation, Potent plans to introduce the construction of newenergy vehicle charging stations and vehicle promotion. This will

not only help reduce carbon emissions but also create job opportunities for local youth, driving the green transformation of industry and transportation.


Residential Construction: Addressing the current situationof high housing prices and the fact that approximately a quarter of the population lacks housing, Potent proposed a plan to build eco friendly housing. The Ambassador particularly emphasized that housing is not just a shelter, but a "home." Potent is willing to

provide high-quality construction solutions to solve local livelihood pain points.




Pragmatic Progress, Signing of MOU


The meeting concluded with several substantive breakthroughs in a pragmatic and friendly atmosphere:

PPA Coordination: Regarding PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) matters related to the project, the Ambassador stated that he would coordinate with relevant government authorities to facilitate the smooth implementation of the project.
