On September 9, 2026, local time, the 10th EXPOMINA PERÚ 2026, organized by Grupo Digamma, grandly opened at the Jockey Exhibition Center in Lima, the capital of Peru. As one of the largest and most prestigious mining events in South America, this year's exhibition covers 49,200 square meters, with more than 1,250 booths. It has attracted mining companies, suppliers, investment institutions, and business delegations from more than 30 countries, and is expected to generate more than US$300 million in procurement and investment opportunities. On the opening day, Keiko Fujimori, President of Peru, attended the opening ceremony and officially inaugurated the exhibition. Following its participation in EXPOSIBRAM 2026 in Brazil in August, Potent Mechanical & Industrial (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. brought its integrated solutions for bulk material handling and storage systems to this exhibition, engaging face-to-face with mining customers from around the world.
I. Top-Five Global Mining Exhibition: The World
Mining Industry Focuses on Lima

EXPOMINA 2026 is the largest in the event's history and has ranked among the world's top five mining exhibitions. Senior executives from global mining giants, including Glencore, Anglo American, Southern Copper, Nexa Resources, MMG Las Bambas, Minsur, Chinalco Peru, and Pan American Silver, gathered in Lima. National pavilions were also established by Germany, Brazil, Chile, the United States, Mexico, and other countries.
At the same time, the Mining Investment Americas Conference (MIA 2026), the 8th Americas International Mining Summit, and the PromPerú Mining Buyers Business Matchmaking event were held alongside the exhibition. These events featured in-depth discussions on frontier topics including copper and the energy transition, critical minerals, smart mining, automation and digitalization, and green hydrogen. According to information from Peru's Ministry of Energy and Mines, Peru's current mining investment portfolio comprises 67 projects with total investment of approximately US$64.071 billion, highlighting the country's broad potential for mining cooperation.
II. Potent at EXPOMINA: Bringing a "China
Solution" for Bulk Material Handling and Storage to the Andes

At the booth,
Potent team systematically introduced its core products and integrated EPC
services for the bulk material handling and storage sector, drawing on 25 years
of technical experience and covering five major industries: power, mining,
ports, steel, and petrochemicals. Established in 2001 and headquartered in
Xiamen, Potent Mechanical currently has five overseas branches in the
Philippines, the United States, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia, with projects
spanning Asia, North America, and Oceania. Over the past 25 years, the company
has focused on bulk material handling and storage systems, with integrated EPC
capabilities covering design, supply, and installation as its key strength. Its
business has steadily expanded from the power sector into broader industrial
applications including mining, ports, steel, and chemicals. Supported by
long-term localized operations overseas, Potent provides international
customers with services closely aligned with on-site requirements.
III. From Belo Horizonte to Lima: A Long-Term
Commitment to the Latin American Market

In August, Potent participated in EXPOSIBRAM 2026 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, establishing connections with mining companies and contractors from Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and other countries. In September, Potent continued its presence in the region with its booth at EXPOMINA in Lima.
Peru is a major global mining country, with copper, gold, zinc, silver, and other mineral reserves and production ranking among the world's leading levels. Mining operations in the Andes have strong demand for long-distance conveying, dust control, wear-resistant components, and modular delivery—areas that are at the core of Potent's 25 years of technical experience. Leveraging the rapid delivery capabilities of China's supply chain and its overseas localized service network, Potent is taking each exhibition and each project as a step forward, bringing its corporate philosophy of "Sharing, Innovation, Service, Perfection" to mining sites around the world.
